Delivery time

Delivery time

All orders received on weekdays before 11:00 p.m. will be processed and sent to the post office on the next business day. If your order is received over the weekend or on a holiday and a non-working day, it will be accepted for processing on the next working day. Delivery time is 3-5 working days. If delivery takes longer than our estimated time frame, we will contact you.


Your order will be delivered by Pošta Slovenije.



Shipping costs

Delivery is paid additionally when paying for the products, namely with a fixed sum of EUR 2.50. You can choose from the following payment methods:

The buyer has the right, within 30 days, to the company Business and Heels, Online boutique Silvija Černac s.p. notifies in writing that he withdraws from the contract. To withdraw from the contract, fill out the form found HERE.

The thirty-day period for withdrawing from the contract begins the day after the day of receipt/delivery of the ordered goods.



The purchase price will be returned to the payment method used by the buyer.



The consumer can assert his rights due to a material error or defective product, if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. The consumer must accurately describe the defect in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item.

The consumer, who correctly informed the seller about the error, has the right to demand from the seller:

to remedy the defect in the goods or to refund a part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or

to replace the defective goods with new, flawless goods or return the amount paid.

If the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the provision of the service is not disputed, the seller must comply with the consumer's request from the previous paragraph as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days.

The seller must respond to the consumer's request in writing, no later than 8 days after receiving the request, if the existence of a defect in the goods is disputed.

When the error is real:

• if the thing does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation;

• if the thing does not have the properties necessary for the special use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him;

• if the thing does not have properties and features that have been expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;

• if the seller has delivered a thing that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of notification.

The suitability of the goods for normal use is assessed against ordinary goods of the same type and taking into account any statements by the seller about the characteristics of the goods made by the seller or the manufacturer, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indications on the goods themselves.

How is a factual error asserted?

The buyer can exercise his rights due to a material defect if he informs us about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered

The buyer must describe the error in more detail in the error notification and allow us to inspect the item.

The provisions of the law governing contractual obligations and the Consumer Protection Act apply to liability for material errors.

When is the seller not liable for material defects?

The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered. A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. The consumer's rights expire after two years from the day he notified the seller about the error.

For a refund or To exchange a product, fill out the online form. If the error/damage of the product can be seen from the picture/video that you attach within the online form, we inform you that the product does not need to be returned, the purchase price will be refunded or and we arrange exchanges as soon as possible or within 30 working days of receiving your request. If the defects/damages of the product are not visible from the picture/video, or if you deviate from the contract, after completing the complaint form, you will receive a complaint code by e-mail, which you attach to the package and then send the package to the address indicated in the received email. If you are returning the product, the purchase price will be refunded or the exchange is carried out within 30 working days of receiving the package.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We do not accept COD shipments for returned products.

The address for the return of the goods is indicated in the e-mail you receive after submitting the request for withdrawal from the contract, refund of the purchase price or product exchange.
